Ombré & Co. covers watches and fragrances. We started in 2025 with a straightforward premise: write about these things the way you'd talk about them with someone who knows their stuff — honestly, specifically, without hedging.
No affiliate links. No sponsored content. Every opinion is the writer's own.
We write for the person who just started paying attention and the one who's been at it long enough to have strong opinions about case finishing. Different questions, same level of care.
Watches
Review loans are typically two to four weeks, returned in the same condition they arrived. We don't commit to a particular outcome in advance — a great watch gets a great review because it deserves one. We're especially interested in independent manufacturers, new references with a real story, and pieces that reward closer attention.
Fragrances
We work from samples and wear everything we review — multiple wearings, full development — written from actual experience rather than a press brief. We cover houses at every price point. Quality of work matters more than size of brand.
What We Publish
A full editorial piece, typically 600–1,200 words, with a permanent URL on Ombré & Co. No pre-approval of copy. An honest take from someone who genuinely cares about the subject, written for a reader who does too.
